I've spent the past 20+ years building and scaling beauty brands across Europe and Asia-Pacific — from mass-market to ultra-prestige, from legacy giants to emerging challengers. Today, as Deputy Chief Marketing Officer for Prestige & Derma brands at Shiseido EMEA, I lead the regional brand development of Shiseido and Clé de Peau Beauté across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, while holding the global brand leadership of Gallinée — the pioneering microbiome skincare brand I am now steering into its next chapter of growth. My work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, consumer marketing, and innovation — crafting meaningful brand narratives, designing omnichannel experiences, and building the teams and ecosystems that turn great products into iconic brands. Before joining Shiseido in 2018, I spent over a decade at L'Oréal, leading international brand roles across Europe and Asia-Pacific. - Leading Vichy brand strategy and retail execution for Asia-Pacific region, with full P&L accountability of a >100M€ business unit 8 countries (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, India) - Accountable for delivering the yearly budget targets (topline and bottom line), brand portfolio management, business model definition, distribution strategy and investment priorities for all APAC countries - Building a 3-year vision and development plan for the brand’s expansion across APAC
