I've spent the past 20+ years building and scaling beauty brands across Europe and Asia-Pacific — from mass-market to ultra-prestige, from legacy giants to emerging challengers. Today, as Deputy Chief Marketing Officer for Prestige & Derma brands at Shiseido EMEA, I lead the regional brand development of Shiseido and Clé de Peau Beauté across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, while holding the global brand leadership of Gallinée — the pioneering microbiome skincare brand I am now steering into its next chapter of growth. My work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, consumer marketing, and innovation — crafting meaningful brand narratives, designing omnichannel experiences, and building the teams and ecosystems that turn great products into iconic brands. Before joining Shiseido in 2018, I spent over a decade at L'Oréal, leading international brand roles across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
