Responsible for B2B marketing across the Netherlands, UK and Germany. Developing and translating marketing strategy into country-specific market plans, campaigns and budgets — covering both product launches and existing business in façade solutions, with growth, brand strengthening and thought leadership as guiding principles. Including the implementation of marketing automation and lead management. Vandersanden is a Belgian family-owned brick manufacturer, 12 factories, 800+ employees.
Crisis spokesperson for Chemelot's emergency response organisation, responsible for rapid and accurate media communication during disasters and incidents with significant regional impact, including national and international media. Including board advisory on crisis communications and aftercare. Chemelot is a major Dutch chemical site with 60+ factories and over €10 billion in annual turnover.
