30 years at the intersection of technology, hardware, and building systems – with a track record of being early in markets that later became mainstream. Trained as an automotive engineer, active in IT since 1994, in photovoltaics and battery storage since 2008, and driving electric for over a decade. Along the way: 15 years leading WGS GmbH as Managing Director & CTO with 20+ employees – developing and patenting a tiled stove combustion control system, and running industrial production of cast iron and glass firebox doors. In parallel, co-founded Green Energy Projects GmbH in 2008 (30+ employees) for PV systems, energy storage, and sanitary installations. Board member of the Austrian Tiled Stove Association for 14 years. Today I focus on three areas: • Cloud-based control systems for heating, TABS (concrete core activation), radiant cooling, and residential ventilation – at Felix & Co AG, where I also build an in-house enterprise AI assistant with integrated knowledge wiki. • Business development for innovative PV mounting substructures made from expanded glass granulate – at ICSC Beton AG, expanding from Switzerland into the DACH region. • Strategic technology consulting for investors and large clients on topics that don't fit standard playbooks. What I bring: deep technical fluency across mechanical, electrical, and software domains, paired with the commercial sense to translate complex systems into solutions investors, planners, and operators can act on.

Business development and trade show representation for innovative PV mounting substructures made from expanded glass granulate (Poraver-based) – a lightweight, recycled, non-combustible cast material. Primary focus on PV installers in Switzerland, with active market expansion into Germany and Austria. Beyond PV, the cast manufacturing process opens applications across the building sector: heat pump bases, light wells, sanitary pre-wall systems, and further custom components.
