- Providing customer support through email, Telegram, and Discord - Reviewing and troubleshooting failed KYC attempts
- Configure devices for employees in accordance with internal policies. - Provide support to company employees using remote programs. - Perform account maintenance tasks, including password resets and account unlocks. - Consult with employees on IT-related questions. - Maintain documentation, including installation instructions, troubleshooting guides, and tips for employees. - Install necessary operating systems based on requirements: macOS, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux (primarily Ubuntu). - Configure routers according to internal requirements and guidelines. - Enroll computers in JAMF and Active Directory (AD), as well as Azure and Intune, during installation, and verify applied policies. - Use the JIRA application for managing support tickets. - Install virtual machines in VirtualBox according to specific requirements. - Update BIOS and ensure applications are kept up to date. - Configure VPNs according to internal projects. - Install Cisco AMP antivirus on all devices that need to access internal resources. - Replace RAM modules, processors, or storage media as required.
