I graduated as an economist with specialisation in accounting and finance. I have been always inspired by solving real life complex problems, and finding new goals/challenges. I started by career as an auditor (4 years), but gradually moved towards accounting advisory. I am part of PwC Hungary's team since 2012. As the leader of PwC Hungary’s Consolidation and Structuring Services team I have experience with several local and international deal-related and structuring projects (acquisitions, carve-outs, mergers, group restructurings). I have 3 children, and I strongly believe that creating harmony between professional and private is a must, and us as leaders play a crucial role in showing good examples. I am the leader of: - Future of Finance team; - Consolidation and Structuring Services team. Summary of relevant experience & projects: - Assistance with consolidation, preparation of consolidated financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS and Hungarian GAAP - Advising clients on finance transformation projects, including acceleration closing in their separate and consolidated accounts, post merger integration etc. - Preparation of advice letters related to various accounting questions (Hungarian GAAP and IFRS) - Advising Clients on their GAAP changes including new standard implementation and transition to IFRS - Auditing IFRS and local GAAP separate and consolidated financial statements - Delivering trainings as tutor in the PwC’s Academy
