I have worked in Management and in Academia with focus on Lean Management and Strategy Development. Working in multiple countries, has helped in massively broadening my views and has given me the opportunity to meet and work with a number of colleagues from all over the world. Winner of Nidhi Prayaas Award in Bio-Innovation from the Government of India.
Introduced business minded students to the principles, nuances, and application of knowledge in enterprises including startups, with focus on Strategic Management, Marketing Management and Operations Management. Worked closely startups and innovation companies to identify resource requirements and train project personnel through internships.
Developed a POC and prototype for a medical therapy device. Worked with a team to test concepts and brainstorm design ideas for the same.
Handled the supply chain and quality control of spices and pulses from production to packaging. Conducted employee training and allotted resources for production runs of FMCG products.
Involved in the team pushing the boundaries of the development of Six Sigma in the organization. Streamlined processes for improved efficiency and documented workflow and timeline of employee efficiency.
