Mechanical engineer with hands-on experience in conceptualizing,designing, and commissioning automated systems and special-purpose machinery. My work focuses on mechanical design, prototyping, and iterative improvement of systems under real-world constraints. I have experience developing robotic cells, linear motion systems, and automated machines, with strong involvement in assembly, testing, and validation. I enjoy working at the intersection of mechanical design, automation, and system behavior — where ideas are not only designed but built, tested, and improved. -Analyzing Robot System Parameters for Energy-Efficient Robotic SEAM Production. -Developing a sustainable digital framework, helping in energy-aware decision making within Robotic Additive Manufacturing systems.
-Developed and implemented digital twin simulations for CNC robotics, including special functions like CC XOUT and CC PRIO, to support customer-focused demonstrations and sales tools. -Explored and executed advanced robotic applications, such as gripper-referred motion and robotic machining, optimizing processes through simulation, PLC programming, and path refinement. -Contributed to Siemens’ presence at Automatica 2025, setting up a virtual simulation integrated with a real Machine Control Panel for an interactive customer experience.
-Developed MATLAB app for submarine engine blades vibration analysis using BTT technique. -Implementation of data filtering,rotor position evaluation, sensor position calculation, comparison arrival times of blades using optical probe reference for identifiction of vibrational anamolies.
