• Leading the architectural redesign and rewrite of a mission-critical distributed caching layer that aggregates data from 20+ disparate sources, providing low-latency data access at firm-wide scale (~85M requests/day). • Spearheaded the full decommissioning of a legacy application processing ~1.5M daily requests; engineered a seamless client migration path to modern alternatives, eliminating significant operational risk and reducing technical debt. • Drove the firm's Patch Management compliance initiative across Linux, Windows, and Mac platforms by onboarding multi-platform asset data into the firm's strategic Data Lake and building data refiners that enable the TRE team to identify non-compliant assets in real time — directly strengthening Goldman's security posture. • Own end-to-end client relationships for the distributed query system, ensuring seamless integration, proactive support, and high availability for downstream consumers across the firm.

• Teaching Assistant for ITCS 4142/5152 Computer Vision under Prof.Stephen Welch for Fall 2020 and Dr.Min Shin in Spring 2021 • Setup an auto-grading software, and given lectures on the basics of Computer Vision, for Image Classification and Segmentation. • Designed syllabus with the professor and coordinated with various industry partners and top start-ups in Charlotte to collaborate them with student project groups and guided students in weekly assignments, academic work and project-related tasks. • Guided students through complex deep learning and computer vision topics.
• Worked with leadership to build out and implement software plans regarding website improvement and newsletters to attract more business, built customized pop up, also helped in other tasks that the organization may need. • Successfully migrated company website from Squarespace to WordPress, also optimized the response time for user requests.
