Equipped with 11+ years of Sales and Management Consulting experience within the SaaS world, I am currently a Sales Director at Redis, the world's fastest data platform, leading and coaching a high-performing team of Account Executives across Northern Europe, Middle East & Africa. Previously I have been an Enterprise Sales Director at Kadence, a Series A start-up backed by OpenAI, Slack and Okta, as well as a multi-MVP and President's Club winning Senior Enterprise Sales Executive / Team Lead at Leverton (German start-up acquired by global giant MRI software), a deep-learning AI software company, where I sold more than $6,500,000 worth of new logo software from self-sourced pipeline generation and led the sale of the biggest net new deal in MRI’s 52-year history. The start of my career was in Management Consulting as a Business Analyst and Lead Consultant at The Chemistry Group (acquired by New Street Consulting Group), a behavioural consultancy, leading global business transformation projects with the likes of Accenture, Vodafone, Experian and Reading Football Club. I was also the Founder of Ascensio, a software company that combined sport, psychology and human potential. Leveraging a six-figure investment from Nova Growth Capital and Sapphire Capital Partners, I created a product with three leading football clubs who place an unerring focus on talent identification and development. Health, habits and mindset are 3 big areas of importance to me. My turning point was in 2020 when a 21-day water fast cured my chronic eczema (happy to chat / help so feel free to message!) - since then I have strongly believed in compounding the '1 percents' to continually improve and tapping into Stoic behaviours to control the controllables.

I work under tech titans, Spencer Tuttle, Mark Peet and Matt Hoffman, leading and coaching a team of exceptionally high-performing Account Executives across Northern Europe, Middle East & Africa to push towards an exciting milestone in our sights: $1bn in revenue.     Fifth Ray was born from Manny’s 17 long years of suffering with Crohn’s disease. After a life-threatening surgery on Christmas Day in 2016 which cut out half of his colon, he took matters into his own hands. Combining plant science, research and lived experience, what started as herbal tea experiments in his kitchen is now helping hundreds of thousands of people across the world improve their gut health and feel like themselves again - me included, having healed my chronic eczema from the inside out after 20+ years of daily steroids. I’m extremely proud to be the Founding Ambassador of Fifth Ray and it’s a huge passion of mine to help others unlock the 1% shifts that compound into real, lasting health.

      MRI is the globe's largest real estate and investment management software with revenue in excess of $1bn. I was in charge of selling and leading the GTM function for MRI's most exciting product, Contract Intelligence (formerly known as Leverton prior to acquisition in 2019), that leverages its market-leading OCR and deep-learning algorithms to extract, aggregate and cleanse key data from documents in over 30 languages, solving the problems of manual processes, untrustworthy data and poor organisational decision-making. Clients include the likes of Pepco Group, Lego, Standard Chartered Bank and Vodafone. I led the sale of the biggest deal in MRI’s 52-year history (Booking – $1,530,000, Total Revenue across 5-year term – $3,400,000) and was proud to again make CoE and BoD, as well as retain the tag of MVP. I took on a hybrid role of Individual Contributor and leader, managing 5 EMEA AEs in 2023 and 10 global AEs in 2024. I therefore had an individual quota (biggest globally) and also carried a team quota.     Ascensio was a cutting-edge app that equipped football clubs with objective psychological data to more accurately predict academy player potential, ultimately increase the number of homegrown First Team players and empower them to reach their potential. Whilst working at MRI (and during my water fast!), I applied to a tech incubator programme - 6 months later, I was fortunate enough to have been awarded 6-figure investment from Nova Growth Capital and Sapphire Capital Partners, as well as a team of software engineers, product managers, finance experts and designers to create an MVP (minimum viable product), fully-fledged product and business. The product was co-created with my Partners (Brentford FC, Reading FC and Swansea AFC) and Ambassadors (Loughborough University and The Premier League). I made the difficult decision in December 2023 to place Ascensio to the side and fully focus on my Tech Sales career.
