I am an engineering student at the University of Washington intending on majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am passionate about hardware design, electrical prototyping, and building automation systems.
Worked as part of the Building Automation Systems (BAS) team to support a large-scale HVAC retrofit project at Mountlake Terrace High School. Gained hands-on experience with controllers, safety circuits, and system testing while applying training from BAS, electrical fundamentals, and OSHA-10 certification. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Completed training in Building Automation Systems, Electricity Fundamentals, OSHA-10, and Compass Operator. Assisted with first- and second-pass VAV checkouts, wiring, and troubleshooting BAS controllers. Conducted point-to-point testing on AHUs, VFDs, chillers, pumps, and CO₂ sensors. Created AutoCAD schematics for controller safety circuits under engineer guidance. Installed and tested HVAC components including actuators, RIBs, leak detectors, and smoke detector wiring. Labeled and organized BAS hardware across multiple building zones.
