• managed the relationship with Section Managers at Procter & Gamble (P&G) Global Business Services, • responsible for keeping customer satisfaction high and delivering on HP’s revenue, profit, and growth expectations • identified, qualified and pursued new business opportunities in the domain of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence • worked closely with the HP Global Delivery organization to deliver world-class services profitably and at the right time • supported HP Global Delivery in bid development and pricing; leads negotiation and contract finalization for new RFPs • ensured that customer dissatisfaction/contract issues were resolved
• managed design and implementation of services as well as technical roll-outs of Data Warehouse applications, • managed a service roll-out for an Atomic Data Warehouse at Procter & Gamble. This large-scale and key project involved vendors such as IBM, Accenture, Oracle, Informatica and HP
• Global Application Owner of a Supply Chain Financials reporting system which provides data to P&G business users worldwide, • managed relationships with P&G Commercial Operations group and ensured that Global Business Services team delivers the service in accordance with requirements specified in the Service Level Agreement, • managed a transition of development, implementation and support responsibilities for Corporate Data Warehouse reporting applications across Global Delivery Centres
