Rogerio é um executivo na área de Recursos Humanos, é bacharel em Direito e possui MBA em Gestão e Planejamento Tributário pela FGV, com mais 18 anos de experiência atuando em empresas multinacionais e grandes consultorias internacionais (Big 4), liderando as áreas de folha de pagamento, administração de pessoal e benefícios, bem como a atuação em projetos de automatização e otimização de processos. Capacidade de liderar e engajar equipes multidisciplinares, monitorando processos, através de dados estatísticos, métodos quantitativos e qualitativos, relevantes habilidades de comunicação, reportando a lideranças e C-level de áreas cliente distintas (negócios, finanças, suprimentos/compras, tributário e IT). Experience in over 200 M&A operations (buy side and sell side), including corporate finance, the analysis of financial, tax and labor risks and tax structuring, execution and management of start-up, shut-down, spin-off, cross border transactions and procedures of Human Resources due diligence for local companies and multinationals; Strong experience assisting national and international corporate and private equity and different industry includes chemical industry, beverages, food, publishing, education, healthcare, retail, outsourcing, rural activities, telecommunications, energy and banks.
Conference, validation, transmission and confirming bank records payment of the personnel main processes (salary, vacation, dismissal, benefits, etc.). Accounting and closing credits sheet and their charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, Labor union contributes) in the SAP environment, making the reconciliation of accounts accounting liabilities and expenses.
