Negotiated LNG SPAs, lifting agreements, PSAs, royalty-tax systems, insurance and Project Financing Frontline and commercial experience in operations readiness, start-up, ramp-up and operations Strong knowledge of core engineering and commercial processes including interfaces. Provide Asset planning for lchthys, coordinating medium to long term plans for development activities • Prepare asset level medium to long term strategic plans linking operational activity plans within each division with major potential or approved field expansions •Commercial arrangements; LNG SPAs, Lifting Agreements, LPG SPAs and third party gas agreements •Implement LNG SPAs and Project Finance agreements incl. performance tests • Provide decision support material associated with lchthys opportunities • Coordinate interfaces with major non partner stakeholders, especially Lenders. Insurers and Buyers • Assist MD in liaison with major stakeholders: JVP's , top management and outside organisations
Integrated Start-Up manager for Ichthys project for the whole integrated production system from well to LNG custody transfer • Recruit, build and develop an integrated start-up team • Develop integrated start-up methodology, plans and procedures • Negotiate LNG SPAs, lifting agreements and Project Financing • Develop hand-over and transition methodology, plans and procedures • Manage internal and external interfaces including the commissioning teams of the packages • Develop Right First Time methodology • Member of contracts committee
Responsibilities covering all assets of SEIC: •HSE: operational HSE and Process Safety •Technical: LNG technology, Process Engineering & Control and Production Chemistry •Planning: Integrated Activity Planning, Programming, Hydrocarbon Accounting and production forecasting •Management: Operations Readiness and Assurance, Management Systems and Business Support. •Additional responsibilities included: Technical Authority-1 Surface Production, crisis manager emergency response and deputy chairman of tenderboard
