After gathering first experiences as a project leader in the R&D I had the chance to broaden my competences by working in different business domains of the company at several locations: technical sales, project management, production in Germany and the USA. Then I got the possibility to take over as a managing director in a production plant. Over the years I was in this position responsible for three different locations. In 2010 I returned to the division headquarter in Schaffhausen/Switzerland. After a short period in the product management I took over the product development department within the R&D. Since the beginning of 2018 I am the head of R&D.
