Responsible for overall, international sales package (sourcing, trading, contracting input AVR-plants/-factories as well as third party facilities, business development “new” countries (like Iceland); Responsible for account management/front office as well as back-office/customer service. Responsible for import and export of waste streams (RDF, wood/biomass, hazardous waste), suitable for incineration/recovery and production of electricity, heat and steam. In addition responsible for: - involved logistics (trailer, container, vessel); - development of new business in foreign countries; - sales strategy development Part of branding team as well as management team commercial department.
Responsible for sourcing, contracting and trade of (large) volumes of (non) hazardous waste and raw materials in foreign countries like Belgium, the U.K., Ireland, Scandinavia, Germany, Greece and Italy (especially importing out of Napels!). In addition, responsible for foreign tenders, sales forecasts and -budgets, market- and competition analyses as well as management reviews.

On project bases responsible for large, European tenders regarding waste processing. Turnover per tender between € 8.000.000 and € 35.000.000,- on a yearly basis. In addition project manager for related items, like competition analyses, benchmarking, transportation and trans-shipment opportunities.
Responsible for daily business in The Netherlands and Poland. (commercial, operational, financial part, as well as staffing (50 employees)). Coach for the management of Chinese office/factory.
