As the command safety program manager, was responsible to advise the commander in safety issues, oversight of subordinate command's safety program and development and management of safety training for both government and contractors involved in any NAVFAC Pacific construction contract.
Was the liason between design division and the construction division relating to project execution of NAVFAC contracts. Was instrumental in training both government and contractor personnel in CQM and other verification courses essential for smooth construction completion.
