Ploeger Oxbo Group develops and manufactures a wide range of specialty agricultural equipment for harvesting of high value crops and controlled application. The range of products includes harvesters for seed- & sweet corn, peas, beans, potatoes, spinach, berries, coffee, grapes, olives, and (self-propelled) windrow mergers, sprayers and manure/fertilizer applicators. Ploeger Oxbo equipment is sold in more than 40 countries on all continents under its brand name Oxbo.

After the successful integration of Weener Plastics and Plasticum Group in 2013, the company developed into a highly innovative producer of rigid plastics packaging solutions for the Personal Care-, Food, Household- and Pharmaceutical industries. From 2013 till 2019, the company almost doubled in sales to ca. EUR 400 million and more than doubled EBITDA and transformed into a leading global player in the packaging industry, operating 28 facilities in 18 countries. Growth came from innovation based organic growth as well as from successful acquisitions in India, Brazil, Thailand, Russia and Colombia. The company was sold to PE investor 3i Group in August 2015.
European caps & closure supplier with manufacturing facilities in the Netherlands, Germany and UK. Between 2008 and 2012, Plasticum Group developed from a supplier of mostly aerosol over caps into an innovative caps & closure supplier, with strong organic growth. From the acquisition in 2006 till the sale in 2012, the company almost doubled sales and more than doubled it's EBITDA. The company was sold to PE investor Lindsay Goldberg in September 2012, who also acquired Weener Plastics in March 2012. I was assigned the integration of Weener Plastics and Plasticum and became CEO of the combined group in July 2013.
Joined Plasticum (buy-in) as part of the buy-out team that acquired Plasticum Group (backed by NPM Capital - 60% share holder) from Royal TenCate. Was appointed CEO of Plasticum Group in October 2008.
