Getting familiar with all technology of the Tessenderlo Kerley Group to prepare for the expansion to Europe and Middle East. Development of new production plants, eg. the continuous CaTS process/plant (patented, first startup expected in 2012) and the high shear Dispax reactor for a one stage CaTS and KTS production (Startup first KTS plant, 2012).
Process improvements (mainly energy reduction projects). Risk analyses. Trouble shooting. Incident analyses.
