As the Global Marketing Communications Lead, I guide a talented team of 14 Comms professionals, strategically supporting six business groups across 60+ markets while effectively liaising with 80+ agencies. I cultivate an integrated Communications approach that seamlessly consolidates PR, Social Media, and Influencers efforts with the company's marketing initiatives. I spearhead the development of the company's Communications framework, which incorporates comprehensive guidelines, governance, and tools. Creation and presentation of various academic courses, including: • Creation of an SPSS course on multivariate analysis methods, including the management and presentation of the exercises during the courses (around 50 students), at the rate of 12 hours per semester. • Responsible for all the case studies and exercises in the courses offered by the Chair of Marketing and Business communication (Marketing, International Marketing, Online Marketing, Business Communication, Advanced Business Communication and Marketing Market Research) : preparation, presentation in class (more than 120 students), tracking and corrections. • Preparation, monitoring and correction of about 400 exams per year. • Daily management of students’ questions and problems. Administration and management • Responsible for the management of the Website (1500 views per month) and the Facebook page of the Chair of Marketing and Business Communications (300+ likes). • Management of a team of two undergraduate assistants. • Writing administrative reports of all kinds. • Participation in various sessions of the Department of Management and in the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences. • Member of the Appeal Board for the election of a teacher as a representative of the Graduated Assistants. Writing of a PhD thesis: « Stratégies de Marketing et de Communication dans les médias sociaux: vérification empirique en Suisse romande ». The thesis focuses on the new marketing opportunities offered by the social media and is based on qualitative and quantitative surveys.
