As part of the PXP North American technology team, I was admin for new and existing users to access the PXP suite of tools, systems and applications. - Tools included project management, asset management, data collection, and operations. - Systems included DAM and SAN. Assisted the Production Technology lead with U.S and global projects and initiatives that expanded the capabilities of PXP and the needs of our clients. Recent projects - U.S font management roll-out for PXP. - Planned and implemented the roll out plan. - Managed and overseen the implementation for all PXP user on-boarding. - Built documentation and trained all users. - U.S. administrator for new users. - Font administrator. Global font management roll-out in 12 countries. Product manager for Adobe AEM DAM technology. - Collaboratively strategized the vision and company objectives. - Helped identify the future plan for DAM and the expansion as a business model for our clients. Product owner for OTMM and Adobe AEM - Utilized Agile techniques for project management, development, deployment, and, implementation. AEM DAM for U.S. - Evaluated and revised folder structures and metadata taxonomy. - Built metadata schemas and established vocabulary for PXP and agency partners. - Defined security groups for users and assets. - Managed UAT and feed back for author and asc (asset share commons). - Built documentation for end users - Planned and implemented roll out. - Implemented and managed WoW for assets and metadata collection. - Build asset specific micro-sites. Managed a global team that serviced PXP's roster of clients and agency partners in all digital asset management needs. As part of the U.S. production team, I helped lead PXP on the journey to digital asset management standardization which included: - Managed the collaborative Smart Sheet project tracking system for all 11 U.S. based studios. - Implemented the WoW (ways of working) for asset and metadata collection for all PXP final released work. - Worked with Business Affairs and Operations to define the required usage information collection. - Product owner for first iteration of PXP DAM solution OTMM. Overseen the day to day operations of clients and agency team needs, review and optimize current workflows and processes, and build relationships with senior level to produce advocacy for the capabilities of the DAM tech stack. Project lead on client and agency based initiatives for cohesiveness and smoother DAM processes and workflows. - Managed and supervised multiple asset migrations for new clients. - Helped strategize, plan and manage multiple asset migrations for clients internal DAM solutions. - Strategized on how to assist our agency partners with asset management needs for existing clients. Work with IT on projects to further the capabilities of the already existing technologies and look into new emerging solutions.
D.A.M - Metadata processing of creative elements used across global platforms. Using existing schema and taxonomy to ensure global asset cohesiveness. Utilizing cloud based DAM, PIM and MAM. Video editor and motion graphics designer for corporate and diversity training. Utilizing Adobe Premier, After Effects and encoding for multiple outputs and platforms (web sites, Vimeo, and Power Point embedding).
- Lead a five person committee to strategize, organize and plan agency events. Events included: social media, informational, community outreach, peer interaction, and agency culture building. - Host monthly informative meetings with PRIDE committee and HR. - Managing all ERG projects, track network budget, ensue timelines, and ensure cohesiveness with D&I's culture building guidelines. - Plan and maintain fiscal year and quarterly KPI's. - Work with Senior Leadership, HR and other ERG leads and committees on scheduling and planning cross network, cross agency events.

Monthly Tasks - Building and updating D.A.M folder hierarchy / structures across agency clients for better end user experience. - Updating and modifying custom XMP/IPTC metadata panels. Quarterly Tasks - Set up asset archival meetings with senior account teams to ensure proper assets are leveraged across all media disciplines. - Lead educational and informational on-boarding meetings with new hires regarding D.A.M and agency work flows and processes.
