I have spent more than 20 years leading offshore operations across the full lifecycle of FPSO assets, from commissioning and startup to mature operations, life extension, preservation, redeployment and decommissioning. Throughout my career, I have been drawn to the projects where operational challenges are greatest. Whether bringing a new asset into production, improving the performance of a mature FPSO, preparing an asset for redeployment or leading complex offshore operations, my focus has always been the same: building safe, reliable and high-performing operations. I have held leadership positions in Brazil, the UAE, China and Southeast Asia, working with operators and contractors in demanding offshore environments. My experience combines operational leadership with asset integrity, production performance, contractor management, operational readiness and multidisciplinary team leadership. I believe successful offshore operations are built on strong technical decisions, disciplined execution and empowered people.
