My core responsibilities include: - Establishing and managing Founder Institute accelerator programs tailored to Albania's unique entrepreneurial landscape - Connecting promising Albanian founders with global resources, mentorship, and funding opportunities - Building collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across public and private sectors - Organizing impactful events and initiatives to foster startup growth and innovation - Representing Albania in Founder Institute's global network of startup ecosystems Together with Founder Institute, I'm committed to empowering Albanian entrepreneurs and positioning Albania as an emerging innovation hub in the Balkans.

I am voluntarily working as a educational consultant at Albanian Scholarship Effort (ASE), an initiative found by a group of Albanian students in world's best universities, that I am part of, in order to help create a generation of intellectual leaders for their country. The ASE team offers pro bono college counseling for talented and ambitious low-income Albanian students who want to study abroad through scholarships. Through advocating quality education, local activism, and international citizenship, the ASE aims to grow a generation of intellectual leaders who will become changemakers for a better future.
