An animal scientist who is well vast with domestic livestock production and management knowledge. Am passionate about improved quality and quantity reproduction and milk production in the dairy sector using the available resources especially for small scale farmers. I develop strategies to generate sustainable production in the dairy industry. I provide insightful and impactful consulting services to livestock production enterprises. This I do through partnership with farm input providers, government and non-governmental organizations & consumer facing livestock associations. This is because when you partner with an experienced livestock consultant, you get the most efficient, effective and affordable strategy that creates value for all the stakeholders. I start with a free evaluation of the current situation to understand the issues and opportunities being faced and to identify the core idea to develop. From this I build out a personalized strategy and implementation plan. I perform specific services in brand strategy, marketing communications, Customer Experience and Customer Acquisition and Retention. I value quality in agriculture because that is where the world is heading to, hence good prices for products increasing profit margins on investments. As an extension coordinator at New KCC Molo plant am spearheading the adoption of a new extension program model that is farmer-centric involving customized individual farmer training and dairy input sourcing. What make me different is the 5 years’ experience in the livestock industry which helps me quickly pinpoint a challenge and provide workable, commercial solutions for the organization.
