The cooperation focuses on market entry, business expansion and partnership building in emerging economies. Clients and Partners included Witteveen+Bos, Sweco (Grontmij), Trisoplast, Multriwell, Hofstetter, DMT Environmental Technology, DBTechnologies, BBE biogas, Kusters Engineering and the Netherlands government (Ministry of Infrastructure & Water/ Rijkswaterstaat, Netherlands Enterprise Agency/RVO).
Built the international sales & marketing activities (in Europe, USA, Far East) for alternative investment funds, raising hundreds of millions of euro's of investment capital with institutional investors for several alternative investment funds. Set-up distribution network via wealth managers for funds of funds.
Co-led restructuring of the EMEA Solutions Business Group of StorageTek, through spin-off of managed data storage as a service (IaaS) activities into an independent EMEA business unit. Built sales & sales operations for Northern Europe and 3 vertical markets. Led team of partner managers, sales, technical managers and support staff. Partners were StorageTek/Oracle, EMC2, Hitachi, Level3 and Global Crossing.
Led structructuring of the EMEA Solutions Group of StorageTek (Services Business units in 13 countries / 900 people / $230 Million revenu) into P&L driven profit center. Central implementation of pipeline reporting, bid management process, project management (Prince). Restructuring of P&L reporting & budgeting. Led team of 18 controllers, accountants, process managers.
