My responsibilities are finding new business opportunities, creating(new) business cases, analysing market, negotiating & following up year plan & commercial contracts, managing Sell-In & Sell-Out and have full P&L responsibilities on the biggest E-commerce & O+O players.
As project manager responsible for the short/long-term planning, procurement & budget (+- €10 million per year) of the standardized Ampelmann systems. The main activities encompassed managing, organizing and supporting all the activities on the production floor, test systems, have weekly contact with suppliers about the delivery of goods and managing the budget & long and short term production planning of the systems.
Did research in how to select resilient suppliers and executed a case study on supplier characteristics that affect the performance of suppliers on resilience at Ampelmann Operations B.V. Grade: 8.
Supporting the Procurement & Logistics department with implementing a new ERP-system and various activities such as purchasing goods, assisting the purchaser during the negotiations with suppliers and supplying projects and warehouses throughout the world
Responsible for maintaining inventory-level of store, promotioneel activities (social media) and sales of high-quality dress/casual shirts.
Advising & reviewing daily board, responsible for the continuity of the foundation and as member of auditing commitee controling & advising the treasurer of daily board.
Stichting Groninger Studenten Cabaret gives room for young cabaret talent to develop their comedy skills. I held the position of Treasurer of the 26th Daily Board of the Student Cabaret Foundation. By organizing a try-out tour throughout the Netherlands; and finally a four day Cabaret Festival at Groningen for over roughly 3000 comedy fans, the comedians fight for the grace of the jury and audience. Former cabaret talents that proved their talent at the Groninger Student Cabaret Festival are Theo Maassen, Jochem Meijer, Mike Boddé, Thomas van Luyn and many more.
Promotionial sales of products for various brands at national fairs such as Huishoudbeurs (RAI), Magriet Winterfair and Libelle Zomerweken.
