Manages a team and provides operational support across other recruitment teams to meet business demand. Drives the development and implementation of structured onboarding processes, including Thesis and Research Acceptance workflows and survey processes, to improve candidate experience and operational readiness. Oversees OJT, PESO, and university accreditations to support continuous talent pipeline and compliance requirements. Supports both volume and niche hiring across BPO and corporate roles, balancing speed, quality, and alignment with business and client requirements.
I manage various job vacancies in Operations, including positions that are high-volume, technical, and specialized. My goal is to efficiently meet all hiring needs. I also have expertise in sourcing candidates for support roles in HR, IT, and Administration, ensuring comprehensive recruitment across departments. Additionally, I focus on finding bilingual candidates who speak Japanese, Spanish, and Mandarin to meet our multilingual account requirements. I oversee the processing of pre-employment requirements and ensure that data is submitted promptly for a smooth onboarding experience. As the Employee Referral Processor, I manage the referral program, which helps us tap into our internal talent pool, leading to quicker and higher-quality hires.
Handling end-to-end recruitment process involves a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth onboarding and effective employee management. After a candidate is chosen, I am also responsible for issuing company IDs and uniforms to ensure that new hires are properly identified and adequately equipped for their roles. Employee records are added to the SAP system for efficient data management. This role also includes managing essential HR documents, such as appraisal, promotion, and transfer forms. It's important for this role to fully understand government-mandated benefits to ensure compliance and support for employees. In addition, this position is responsible for issuing key notices, including the Notice to Explain (NTE), End of Contract (EOC), Absence Without Leave (AWOL), and Termination of Contract (TOC) notices. I also participate in administrative hearings when necessary. Regular store visits are conducted to monitor field operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and support HR and administrative needs on-site.
