In my role as IT Recruiter and Staff Support in Argentina, I work closely with the People and Culture team based in Montevideo, helping to expand our internal team of collaborators in Argentina. I am responsible for leading IT recruitment processes from start to finish (search, interviews, and hiring). I also serve as the point of contact for team members, ensuring that their experience is positive and that they have support throughout their journey at Crunchloop. I motivate the team, collaborate with them, and support them so that their experience at the company is successful.
Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment of candidates across all roles, coordinating each stage of the process, and providing support to clients and candidates throughout the process. Professional Development: Designing materials and guides to support employability and professional development initiatives. Conducting group sessions focused on communication, soft skills, and job readiness. Identifying the specific needs of each candidate to adapt content and support strategies accordingly.
I am responsible for the entire cycle of attracting, selecting, and hiring IT talent, working in staffing mode to offer complete solutions to clients and ensuring that the best professionals are brought into the team. 🔍 My main responsibilities include: - Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and select IT talent. - Coordinating meetings with clients to understand the requirements of the positions and define ideal profiles. - Publishing and disseminating job offers on key platforms and recruitment channels. - Hunting through LinkedIn Recruiter, IT Jobs, and databases. - Screening resumes, pre-selecting candidates, and coordinating interviews. - Evaluating candidates' skills and competencies during the interview process. - Prepare detailed reports with the information gathered from the interviews and present them to clients. - Keep the candidate database up to date and manage the hiring process effectively. - Ensure a positive experience for each talent contacted, in line with the company's values. - Negotiate, close processes, and manage the sending of the Offer Letter to the selected talent.
