Supply Chain Consultant covering both implementations and BAU MSP accounts. • Checks quality and places advertisements where required – internal, external or direct sourcing • For volume recruitment, uses tools and judgement to sift and provide candidate short lists e.g. sales assistants, warehouse assistants to hiring managers • Books interviews with hiring managers and candidates • Schedules and books interview venues • Arranges assessment centres - venues, assessors etc. • Issues verbal and written offers – bespoke or system generated ensuring compliance to policy • Updates system at each stage to ensure effective candidate management and vacancy management to time quality and cost measures • Produces and quality checks all letters, contracts and correspondence • Completes and quality checks references including right to work • Generates online health questionnaires • Issues online joining information • Provides pre-starter access to Partnerlink for new starter • Sends new starter checklist to hiring managers • Archives candidates and storage of data to ensure accuracy of Management Information and campaign status • Manages the graduate inbox and deals with any queries • Assists at any assessments centres
