I advise leaders and boards during high-stakes situations when time is compressed, scrutiny is intense, and decisions matter. My work focuses on crisis leadership, governance, and reputational risk, helping decision-makers find clarity when the room is noisy and the consequences are real. Engagements are short-cycle and personally led, designed around critical decision windows rather than ongoing execution. I work most often with boards, general counsel, and senior executives navigating uncertainty, transitions, or public pressure. When the stakes are high and judgment matters, that’s where I’m most useful. Prior to launching Fallston Group, I served on executive leadership teams across local, state, and federal government, as well as with Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Cal Ripken Jr. These roles shaped my experience operating in environments where judgment under pressure is essential. I am the author of The Art of Crisis Leadership and have contributed to national and international media discussions on leadership and crisis.
