Recruited senior talent through sourcing, consulting and relationship management across the spectrum of Wells Fargo Insurance in the Insurance Brokerage and Consulting in Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits. Also in Insurance; Claims, Loss Prevention, Marketing, Communications, Learning, Actuarial, Technology, Telephony and Business Analysis. Previously held senior recruiting roles in Wells Fargo's Wholesale Bank recruiting team including Commercial Loan Operations, Securities Operations, Securities Compliance and Trust, among others.
Originally joined the technology recruiting team at NationsBank. After several years, transitioned to recruit for the back and middle office of the securities and derivatives trading area.
Completed contract recruiting assignments on a fee-for-service basis, including two major assignments. First at Piedmont Natural Gas to assist them in building out DBA's for a database team and second at Bank of America (then NationsBank) with various parts of their technical recruiting team.
Guided the recruiting for this technology consulting firm while we doubled the number of billable consultants placed with clients. This closely held firm was then successfully sold to a larger company and I left to work as an independent recruiting consultant.
