The Transparency Task Force has been established to address the lack of trust in the financial services industry. Financial Services consistently ranks as the least trustworthy industry in numerous surveys globally despite the efforts which have been made in the last 10 years to create trust and stability. This is a particularly large concern for an industry where trust is the foundation on which it is built. The Transparency Task Force is driving a major international effort to fix this problem through its network of politicians, policymakers, regulators and industry leaders. Amongst other initiatives, it will establish a set of Finance Development Goals through a number of Special Interest Groups who will have the ability to make change happen.
