Division consisting of 7 full line corrugated plants, and one sheet plant located in the SouthEast, TX and OH. EBITDA improvement of 4.4% over budget, through increased productivity of 15%, and a rigorous cost control program.
Division comprised six corrugator plants and one sheet plant. Sales staff of 31. Increased margin by 14% in a 7 plant division with $230MM in annual sales, by increasing sales volume 19%, and selling price by 6% over budget, through concentrating on higher margin products and rationalizing the customer base.
Reported directly to CEO as number 2 in the organization with full P&L responsibility including sales, for a full line corrugator plant with 225 employees. Hired to perform financial turnaround at this plant. Continuously sustained this operation as a profit leader in the top decile in the industry according to the Fiber Box Association with 300% volume growth and new product development.
Corrugating Medium paper mill, 2 machines,, 125 employees. Implemented strategy to increase production 150% by installing new paper machine and stock preparation area.
