I’ve spent more than 20 years working in property, marketing, and sales, with a strong focus on Australia’s seniors’ living sector. What drives me is helping people find great places to live, and building teams and strategies that make that possible. I’m currently the General Manager of Marketing & Sales at IPLiving, leading initiatives that grow our brand, support our communities, and deliver great outcomes for residents and partners. Before that, I was National Sales Director at One Fell Swoop, where I helped expand the portfolio from 4 to 15 projects and delivered more than $8B in sales. I enjoy leading teams, mentoring future leaders, and finding new ways to improve how we connect with customers. I believe the best results come from collaboration, clear strategy, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.
