I create and maintain the product portfolio for grid setup software and collaborate with 2 teams to ensure this portfolio is planned and properly executed. I coordinate the portfolio with around 10 project leads who need deliverables from the teams to meet their project masterplans.
Lead a team of ~10 university educated engineers in EUV dose control and Yieldstar sensing competency. Team is responsible for delivering right amount of EUV light in the litho-machines. My role is to organize day to day business (issue solving and defining, testing of new functionality) and enable team to perform in cooperation with project lead and group lead.
As teamlead and scrum master I coordinate team efforts to ensure my team is delivering the right software in time to our software integration department. This means I ensure requirements from the business are translated to engineering level, set up sprint planning for the team and take part in the scrum sprints to ensure the team is delivering what has been agreed.
