• Providing Sales Support for meeting sales targets by helping in quotation, submittal and compliance. Vast knowledge in products. • Handling the complete back-office day to day works. • Direct responsibility for purchasing and order processing as set and agreed with the Management. • Represent the Company in external business relationships with Manufactures, Clients, and Public so that the company’s image is reflected in a positive manner and where such contacts are critical to achievement of objectives. • Payment collection and follow-up. • Traveling to the Manufacturing Factories as Corporate Representative to check the status of order processing and product training. • Direct involvement with Forwarder for consignment clearance and smooth delivery. • Reviewing Office General Accounts with support of Auditors
Managing order processing and liaising with manufacturers for timely shipments, expediting shipping activities, coordinating transportation and warehousing, handling sales orders and invoicing, preparing delivery schedules, organizing shipments with branch offices, providing sales support, and handling payment follow-ups and bid status updates for management.
