Prior to this was associated with Coca-Cola and have been into multiple roles — comprising of Sales HR for Eastern India, Supply Chain HR Leader for multiple Factories and as Corporate HRBP as well, in my almost Decade long glorious association. I had a tremendous and a great learning experience here @ Tata Tubes -- an "SBU of Tata Steel" as summer intern, my project was based on the "Assessment of proficiency of the skilled workforce using four quadrant Toyota model" and hence to find out the skill gap in them and ascertain which all are the areas where training is required. I along with my group had made a significant contribution during our tenure.
