The aim of the thesis was to investigate: "What information is required by involved employees to understand an organizational change?" and "How can a project manager communicate that information to create an understanding for an organizational change?". The results can help managers in organizations to take the first step towards making involved employees digital mature as a consequence of the digitalization.
Volunteer work at the student organisation at the side of my studies.
I was responsible for about 30 people who were part of the Baren working group at the student organization. It is an experience that advanced my leadership skills and planning.
As part of the Baren working group, I participated in the planned of annual events for all workers.
