I am currently serving as Sales & Marketing Manager at Oman Gasket Factory LLC (OGF) — the first industrial gasket manufacturer in the Sultanate of Oman — where I lead a dynamic sales team focused on revenue generation, market expansion, and strategic growth initiatives. With a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and over six years of experience in the gasket industry, I bring a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial leadership. I began my career as a Mechanical Engineer at the Gasket Factory Branch of Al Iman Factories in Saudi Arabia, where I developed in-depth knowledge in gasket design and production processes. I later transitioned into business leadership roles at Premium Gulf Gasket LLC, progressing from Business Development Manager to Sales & Operations Manager. In these roles, I successfully secured multiple contracts, built strategic partnerships, and strengthened relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the region. Al-Iman Factories Company was founded in 1974. It is owned and managed by Rafat Ali Mimish, a former Air-Force pilot. The Company started with the manufacturing of concrete products. In 1978, the Material Handling Division was created dealing with Forklifts, Storage systems and Truck mounted Cranes. Three years later, the Al-Iman Pipe Factory was established in Jubail which was then considered as one of the largest pipe factories in the Kingdom. In 1988, the Gasket Factory was established, expanding the number of divisions within the Al-Iman Group of companies to four.
Carrying our rich legacy of more than 145 years, in India, our journey began in 2008 and since then we’ve been at the forefront of innovations, be it water heaters or water purifiers. We established an impressive manufacturing facility in June 2010 at Harohalli, Bengaluru and from that time there has been no looking back.
