My career began in insurance sales, where I gained valuable insights into the business and client needs. I currently lead a dynamic team of 20 employees, including Zonal HR, Regional HR, and a team of recruiters specializing in both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management (TM). Having previously handled Loan Against Property (LAP), housing finance, and microfinance, my current focus is on the asset verticals of vehicle finance, used car financing, credit cards, and personal loans business.
