Responsible for the successful design coordination and construction of CHN’s, its affiliates, and client’s real estate development projects. These projects include: new construction and renovation of single site multifamily buildings, new construction and renovation of scattered site single family houses, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings into housing in Cleveland and surrounding areas, Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Rochester areas.
