I am a member of the Litigation Technology Service Center team for the Department of Justice EOUSA. I am a Project Coordinator for the LTSC. My responsibilities include managing work requests received by our clients, coordinating with the Processing, Import and Export teams to get the tasks accomplished, and acting as a point of contact for our clients. Previously, I was tasked with jobs related to the processing of electronic discovery, hosting data in and exporting data from Relativity and creating Concordance deliverables. As a member of the Litigation Technology Help Desk, I provided support for litigation tools such as Concordance, Relativity, Sanction, CaseMap, IPRO Suite, IPRO Eclipse SE, Trial Director and Law PreDiscovery. I also conducted Relativity and CaseMap training sessions for our client.
My responsibilities included creating Concordance databases, loading data to Concordance, creating productions from Concordance, managing Concordance databases (security, indexing, etc.), and performing searches.
