Technology Area Lead for North America Transaction Reporting at Morgan Stanley. Responsible for ensuring Morgan Stanley's technology systems remain compliant with Regulatory Obligations, along side enabling business growth. Regulations covered include CFTC Part 45 & Part 43, CSA TR & PPD and SEC Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) I am responsible for a program of projects; leading a team of 50 development managers and developers across seven locations.
