KEY OUTCOMES I reduced account management analysis time by 91% through automated reporting infrastructure; accelerated time-to-production by 4 weeks via process optimization; implemented CI/CD automation testing suites; led design sprints that drove measurable UI/UX improvements; built reporting services teams from zero to full-scale operations supporting sales, support, and executive functions.
