Developed and managed a modern Alumni Relations program focused on cultivating continuous engagement while building meaningful relationships in support of the University’s mission. Managed the Alumni Association’s comprehensive budget of $2.7 million; contract negotiations and commission rates for: the Alumni Travel Program (20+ trips, 350 passengers, and 7 travel companies); four insurance providers (home, health, auto, travel insurance products); The Lehigh University Affinity Credit Card (Chase Bank); lamp, Lehigh print series, umbrella and other income generating programs. Additional responsibilities included: Alumni Career Services, Alumni Education Programs, and LUAA office management.
Responsibilities included: all Alumni Career Development related programs both on and off-campus, the Career Solutions web site, online job posting and mentoring / networking data base; the alumni Travel Program and life-long learning programs; and the Young Alumni Council, Young Alumni Newsletter and Young Alumni Reunion. Supervised a staff of 3 personnel and managed 3 separate budgets exceeding $200K.
