Mundial Tickets is a rolling out its business in 2026. My role consists of: • Sparring partner to the Founder and CEO • Utilising my network in the Ticketing and Entertainment industry • Marketing & IT strategy • Finance & Admin advisor
Achievements: Recruiting a team of International developers, e-commerce and marketing staff, secured 1,5 million Euro in private funding, 350K funding from the Dutch government and 650K EU funding for 2 International projects. Current company status: successfully running a cross cultural streaming platform, running an International educational project funded by the EU and launched an agnostic platform for the cultural sector with CJP as launching costumer in the Netherlands. Award: 10 most exciting International tech start-ups 2019 at EFM in Berlin.
Situation: The company was acquired in 2015 by private investors with big plans and ambitions to make Cinemien grow and also to develop several other initiatives within the film industry. Following their acquisition they made wrong choices in terms of hiring personnel and decided, after 1.5 years, to reorganise the company structure and expand the board with a COO to lift the company to a higher level partnering with the current CEO. They were looking for a COO with extensive experience in various sectors whose experience will benefit the company and who is able to restructure the organization. Tasks: Commercially, financially and operationally professionalize and restructure the organization in both offices. Develop new business plans and improve efficiency. Results: Hired new personnel, found and negotiated new office space. Restructured and optimised IT infrastructure . Introduced financial procedures, developed financial forecasts and cash flow.
Achievements: Partner Agreement Armada Music & local partner Hong Kong for Asian market, supplier and partner search deal in China for Dutch fashion designer. North Sea Jazz Asia: Achieved commitment of sponsors and partners, support Hong Kong government and declarations of intent of various Asian cities, partnerships with various media in Hong Kong. One2 Entertainment Ltd.: Establish International Entertainment company in Asia, build new ticketing platform for Asian market.
