ICSS Lead for Instrumented control and safety systems (ICSS) on Oil & gas platforms and FPSO's. Responsible for ICSS FEED documents, ICSS Specifications, System Architecture, the design of Marine, Topsides Process and Fire and Gas Cause and Effects, Control descriptions for Marine and Topsides processes, Range, alarm and Trip settings list, Alarm management. Responsible for the security of the ICSS networks. Responsible for the integration of packaged control systems into the ICSS and responsible for the integration of PI systems. Involved in SRS development. Involved as Technical Expert in the development and maintenance of the Company Technical standards. Full validation of Marine, Topsides Process and Fire and Gas Cause and Effects, Control narratives at FAT (South-Africa/Singapore). Vendor management: attend regular vendor progress meetings, review of vendor performance and scheduling, ensure timely review of vendor technical documents. Commissioning and SAT assistance for ICSS Marine and Topsides Process and Fire and Gas System commissioning on site (Singapore/Brazil), External Relationships: Client, Suppliers, Project management, Operation Manager, Commissioning manager. Results: Successful implementation, within time and budget of Instrumented Control and Safety Systems, Marine, Topsides and Fire and Gas and ESD systems during SAT.
