Successful track-record of driving improvements related to legal structures, financial reporting, corporate governance and mitigation of financial risks. Have lead successively the Group Consolidations, the Group Financial Planning and Reporting, the Group Audit, the Group Finance functions (Treasury, corporate finance, sales support finance, risk management and insurance) and Group Holdings (focusing on protection of shareholders' ownership interests).
