- Connect with all new API Reseller customers to consult on startup process. - Expedite the on-boarding process for new Reseller Partners. - Build/Maintain relationships with current API Resellers, including troubleshooting errors, sharing updates to service, providing insight to improving implementation.
- Supported the growing Domain Aftermarket team by providing leadership and training on tools to increase efficiency. - Oversaw the customer support teams for Domain Buy Service, GoDaddy Auctions, Transfer Concierge and Reseller Support. - Developed compensation package for team members to measure key metrics and meet company goals. - Created working document to detail daily system processes and user tasks to aid in training new hires using Office Suite and Visio.

The Technology Entrepreneurship & Management (TEM) program at Arizona State University’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering has quickly become one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing entrepreneurship degree programs. TEM offers the nation’s only undergraduate engineering college-based entrepreneurship degree. Located on ASU’s modern Polytechnic campus, this academic unit has 8 full-time faculty, 12 faculty associates and nearly 800 students. Entrepreneurship ‘TEM style’ means a technology savvy hands-on, real world approach to learning, ideating, innovating and creating. Our students and faculty focus on identifying important opportunities, tackling tough challenges, changing the world and making a positive difference. Input and involvement from our community stakeholders is important and valuable as TEM develops future strategies, initiatives and programs. An Advisory Board made up of these stakeholders is forming to allow TEM to tap the experience and wisdom of key entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, innovators, educators, consultants, and other business and community leaders.
