I lead drug product and combination product development at Gilead. But the work I care most about happens where technical development meets the business: deciding how and when a product should launch, what container and device give it the best shot commercially, and how to sequence a lifecycle from vial to prefilled syringe to auto-injector. My career started at Genentech, where I was selected into the Process Development Rotational Program and spent eight years learning drug product development. That foundation shaped how I think: technically rigorous, but always tied back to the patient. At Gilead, I helped architect the company's shift beyond solid oral products into parenterals. I've guided flagship assets to the right launch strategy. What drives me is simple: getting the right product to patients in the right form, at the right time. Increasingly, that has pulled me toward product strategy, connecting the technical decisions I know deeply to the commercial outcomes that determine whether a medicine reaches the people who need it. That intersection is where I do my best work, and where I'm focused on growing.
