• Developed 3D models of pipes and equipment for TAQA, ATRUSH PRODUCED WATER UPGRADE PROJECT in Iraq, ensuring accurate layout drawings. • Generated process flow diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams for PEARL PETROLEUM's Khor Mor Export Compression Project in the UAE. • Coordinated with various designers for EGA's OBXR & THIRD BALL MILL Project, integrating 3D models into the existing system.
• Led process design for various EPC projects at Penspen in Abu Dhabi, including Bu Hasa Water Injection Recovery and AL Dabbiya Thamama B Transition Zone Developments. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure successful construction works for Haliba Wells Tie-ins and Bu Hasa Integrated Field Development. • Implemented modifications at BAB, resulting in improved project efficiency and client satisfaction.
ADNOC Onshore Project 1. Supervise draughtsman and designers allocated in our team. 2. Guide draughtsman and designers in the preparation of design drawings. 3. Suggest practical changes to design engineers, enhance and propose optimization alternatives thereby adding value to the design. 4. Verify all drawing contents and drawing formats are all in line with the approved engineering procedures. 5. Ensure all designs and drawings are compliant with the relevant Codes and Standards and Company Procedures Coordination of IDC reviews. 6. Warrant that the design deliverables meet with the approved construction schedule and that the engineering is produced efficiently. 7. Ensure that the design is generated within the budgeted man-hours and durations. 8. Attend engineering, project and client meetings as required. 9. Provide assistance to Lead Engineers in project plans and manpower requirements. 10. Bring to notice of the Lead Designer / Project Manager the challenges, lack of productivity and performance issues related to the project engineering team. 11. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE).
ADNOC Onshore Projects 1. Worked as the focal point of process team. Coordinate with client in regards to drawings and documents status, human resources standards among others. 2. Trained and lead a team of process designers locally and in our satellite office in Bangalore India. 3. Responsible for the accurate and on time delivery of work. 4. Generate all deliverable lists and drawing for process team. 5. Prepare Line List, Instrument List, Tie-In List and Valve List. 6. Develop Plot Plans and Piping Layout for FEED Projects of ADNOC Onshore.
